    Totall agree. Heard the interview on radio Sheffield and found him inspiring. Seems intent on effecting the realignment the club needs. Seems intent on bonding with us the fans. We deffo have got our man. Lets afford him the patience he needs to help reshape the club. Patience is key. Loving the commitment he is showing already.
