We have to change things NOW.
Not being negative just realistic if we are to have any chance of survival this season.

He's not doing himself any favours, is he?

Mellis, again contributes too little and subbed off again.
Perkins sounded awful but never ever gets dropped.
Brings Dawson on for Etuhu when we are losing 1-0 with <10 mins left.
Thinks Dagnall is good enough, when we know he ain't.

Mansford and Watkjns must start deciding whether to implement Plan B, before it's too late.

This is the most depressing thing for me. He gave us all new hope and something to look forward to. Everything on and off the pitch was just incredible, pre-season. From where i'm sitting, the majority of really obvious basic mistakes, are his doing. His decisions have systematically destabilised our entire season.

I haven't been today, so very difficult to say or see anything beyond the result. But his days are becoming numbered with every game.

    They're busy forcing a **** badge/crest on us.

They could easily lose a lot of fans over the next few months. Apathy has set in.

I don't think the badge/logo has anything to do with current status? OK, it will pi55 some fans off, but the reality is on the pitch.......we ain't good enough and Flicker keeps on sticking with his favourites ie. Perkins ( had another poor game according to commentary), Kennedy (I can't recall him reaching a red shirt with any cross or set piece....he's simply awful) and brings Mellis back in, only for the same poor performance and substitution after 60 mins.

I think a Flicker is very close to the end game......very close.

What a rubbish statement! Who are we bringing in that will do loads better on our budget? We've kept trying over the last few years, Ritchie, Davey, Robins, Hill they've all had a go. Let's stick with what we've got for a change and back someone. People say Flicker keeps doing the same thing over again and expecting new results, well by sacking another manager we definitely would be. We have low resources in this league, I'm no defeatist I think we can stay up but I also think if we do go down it's not necessarily a massive underperformance, just a reflection of where we are in the grand scheme. From what I've seen of us this year, which is all the home games plus Leicester away, we've not been too bad at all not perfect but not really 'negative' not like we were under Hill, it's a miracle we didn't beat Donny for example and you can't blame Flicker for COG heading over from 4 yards. The very last thing we need is more instability, we were all behind Flicker 3 months ago, 3 months is no time to judge a manager, come back in 3 years and assess then.

I'm a happy clapper, but losing to the likes Frickley would even have me calling for his head.

I fully respect your opinion but to stick with him now will end in relegation.I agree to some extent about your point about needing stability but sticking with Flicker now will see fans deserting the club and any off field attempts to re engage with the stay away fans by Mr Mansford will be a futile gesture.
The one fact which remains is that when a change has been made we HAVE managed to avoid the drop but I accept that maybe even with a change our time in this division may be coming to an end.
We cannot drift aimlessly as we are under Flicker's tenure.

Fair point Zazlos. I just wonder if we need to take a longer term view. We might make a change and stay up by the skin of our teeth again but then what? That cycle can't go on forever. At least I think Flicker is looking to be here longer term and build something so why not try something different and let him? As I alluded to above even if we go down I wouldn't sack him so long as performances are not completely devoid of promise, which I don't think they are now. I would rather it is him, he seems a genuine, honest hard working bloke with a real attachment to the club, than someone else who might just take us down anyway and probably won't care as much.

No he should have had 2 strikers on and tried to win the game from the begining, negative tactics are emphasising every definsive mistake.

My point is Flicker dint get him to score the og nor O`G to miss the pen last week.

I also think he should have gone with 2 Strikers but from listening to commentary we sounded like we went for it second haif. He certainly aint helping himself with quite a few decisions he makes but for me at the mo I don`t want his head on a platter.

I think most fans like flicker but the fact is the brand of football he is giving us is just not good to watch and if we carry on doing the same things fans will lose interest.

Losing games when you`re struggling are never good to watch and players confidence must be low, but defensively we seemed to have shored up the defence but at the expense of our attacking ability. I would like to have seen him have a bit more belief in his team this last 3 games and to give it a go but the guy has been under pressure from the early days of the season and erred on the cautious side in recent weeks.
