Flicker will get us back on track

It's very difficult to focus on anything but the events of this afternoon, and like everyone on here i'm feeling pretty low. The good news is that we have a manager bursting with positive energy and I trust him to sort the players' heads out and get them ready for Tuesday's game. I cannot imagine any number of his predecessors having a similar effect so for that we must be thankful. Let's be right here, if Keith, Sean O'Driscoll or Terry Butcher were running the show we'd be more than 1 point adrift of safety tonight.

It's not going to be easy but, the league being what it is, it'll twist and turn a few times more yet. We still have a damn good chance of survival.

 

A knockdown blow but hopefully not a knockout blow. It will be hard but after the run we've been on since January I have to believe in Flicker still.
