Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes gone He can refer to anyone he wants with the job he's doing.
Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes gone Plus, how can he not when he's asked a direct question about before and after. I'd rather he be honest and open. Cracking interview. Particularly liked the stuff about next weeks game
Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go He's doing brilliantly. I think the references to Keith Hill are another master stroke. He's doing what great leaders do - crediting every one around him. Basically he's telling the players Hill brought in "you have always been good enough, that's why we brought you to the club. Now you're proving that to everyone" The exceptions to that rule are being swiftly moved on. Done, Collins, Mido, Davies I cannot fault a single thing he's said or done
Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go I agree. I don't think he has put a foot wrong or said one thing I haven't liked yet.
Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go The best management team seen at the WELL..............which was 50% right..........but still think it could and should have been 100% right I'm still absolutly baffled with what happen with Keith Hill. Keith Hill brings in all these players.........he has Flicker as the team coach and is working closely with Flicker and yet Keith loses all these games. Keith Hill leaves and the team starts winning. Summart wrong somewhere here.............it just dosent add up
Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go Yep there was summat wrong. Keith Hill was in charge. Tactically inept, too stubborn to change, massively disrespectful to fans.
Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go I've said it before ....whilst I thought Keith had the vision and the strategy, unfortunately at the end he was totally broken and confused. His problem was that he didn't allow us to dream......Flicker has tapped into our need to dream as fans. Keith thought he was being realistic. In reality he was being overly pessimistic and this must have affected the players. Flickers approach and philosophy is the polar opposite...he's positive and full of enthusiasm and has fully understood us as fans. More importantly for us, he's tapped into the belief of the players.....the confidence they now have is don to his positivity. As fans we should learn from that and stop all the pointless brutal criticism of players (like Scott wiseman) when they have a bad day. We can get through this if we all pull together....sounds cliched but its true. PATIENCE is key. It's good to see that many of the cynics and n'ersayers who come on here are gradually changing their view of things. Long may it continue. Your support is needed. Red tsunami rising....

Re: Flicker you are doin great...but stop referring to keith in interviews...hes go Could be something to do with the coaching methods of mellon.
