Good stuff. Much easier away trip than Wycombe or Southend. Just need to hold onto their 1-0 lead at Tranmere because Southend aren't going to win from 3-1 down.
Well done to him. Adds to the interest of next season. Just the Blunts to spectacularly bottle the playoffs now.
I just can't give it up... But excuse me, I won't be getting exciting over that article coming back. More harm than good IMHO. I'd hope we will have a lot more to look forward to than Berk/Robbo/Flicker/Mellon coming back. But on present evidence....
It is what it is, mate. I suppose you either fear the worst, or look forward hoping for the best. Personally, I feel LJ will get things right if given time and support. I think Danny would have too. It's oreight everyone kicking off when we're not playing great football and winning etc, but I think the successes of Mellon, Flicker and Hill give you a clue as to where our real problem lies. Let us hope he's less trigger happy the next time we're not matching whatever expectations he's got.
Made a couple of my relatives very happy. They reckoned without promotion they were financially doomed.
My list? Well the last manager wasn't on it at all and I doubt this one will be not at least before he is well in "someone's" sights for the chop. I don't think I can summon the enthusiasm to want another manager out.
Not sure of the ins and outs but it's more to do with how the loans they have taken out are structured.
Big summer ahead. If LJ can find another half dozen lads to add to the 10 or so already here who I think are good enough, plus the kids, we ought to improve on this seasons points tally. Which may be enough to see us top six. We'll see.
Agree it is a big summer ahead s d not just for LJ but the club too. If they can bring in the players the manager identifies as being capable of making s difference then it should be a better season if not or if they aren't up to it another poor season could finish a lot of folk off...
