Sounded shot on the radio interview.

He did admit playing one up front, so for me, he ain't got any confidence in Scotland, Dagnall, Cofie, etc otherwise they would have played.

Not having 2 up front against Millwall is asking to be sacked.......pretty much like when Hill played Wiseman against Blackburn and then got the bullet.

Dawson and Dagnall coming on as subs ain't gunna change the game in our favour. I would guess >90% of our fans think the same.

Where's it gone? We are playing so negative , and it's got to be down to flickers attitude and confidence

Confidence is part of the managers job and this season, you can see his team selections and tactics are totally lacking in confidence.

I have absolutely no idea why we have such an opposite situation, versus the last third last season.

    Strange.

I can't believe we are pretty much the same team (plus improvements) and the same management team because the tactics, confidence, culture, spirit, etc this seasion is a world away from the second half of last season.

That's literally, word for word, how I would put this to Flicker, if I was Mansford.

The bit where he said something like "the league's coming together nicely so we can see where we" are was bizarre. Like he's just waiting for a repeat of last season so he can spring his pressing masterplan again

The problem is he's built a huge but totally one dimensional squad.

If O'Grady is out then we have no other target man to take his place. All we have is half a dozen little tryers who should be playing OFF a target man, not instead of him.

He's signed 700 midfielders and nearly all of them are defensive. Etuhu, Perkins, Fox, Dawson etc are all too similar

Then he's got himself into a world of trouble by not bothering with ANY competition for Kennedy's place plus the other huge problem he's caused himself by alienating a host of players, Steele, Hassell, Alnwick, Jennings, Noble-lazarus, Digby, Cofie, etc by shattering their confidences with his negative remarks about them and his refusal to give them a chance when the team was crying out for their presence. In the case of Alnwick he did it so disastrously that he forced him out of the club.

In short he's a very poor manager.
