    we saw glimpses of this last season, when goldie got injured and he had a bit of a meltdown. i fear we're seeing an extension of this now. at this rate we'll be right in the $hit again by christmas. he's had all his assurances, he needs to start delivering now i'm afraid

    I just think they are cases of him talking up his players.

    I have no idea what our best team is and I doubt there would be any consensus on here.

    Agreed, I don't know what our best team is.....BUT.....I would expect Flicker / Mellon / Scott to know.
    They had all 2nd half of last season, a full pre-season and now 6 weeks of Championship.

    If Mellis is not viewed as good enough for a start, then sell him and generate cash to re-invest. Flicker says he is Premiership quality.......why ain't he starting ahead of Dawson and Perkins?
