    And so he should. He has adequate resources for survival at this level already. But he needs to pick a system (or 2 at most), and stick to it with a core set of players played in their correct positions.

    To be fair, I was trying to keep it as close to what I can see Flicker choosing, and to be honest, I can't see him giving Digby a go. Although I do agree with you.

    My interpretation: Flitcroft is now fighting to keep his job, will have told the squad as much and Mansford is keeping the money back in case he has to pay severance.

    make or break on Saturday for flicker imo, not a win or bust scenario but he and the team have to show lessons have been learned and we can look forward with hope, if its the same old, same old and another rollover and have our bellys tickled performance he might aswell drive straight home from Leicester and stay there, but as I say, that's just my opinion

    i tend to agree. i personally don't think people will be expecting us to go out and win, but i do think people will be expecting to see some changes. if people see the same tactics, with a similar result, the pressure will just continue to build.
