Because of last season's achievements. It's not rocket science. Hard to slate a bloke who pulled off the survival of all survivals
We wouldn't have had the chance to try and stay up if it wasn't for his work last season. It's not ideal but it doesn't mean people should just forgot about his achievements last year.
We are not condemned to relegation. His last years achievements prove that. We are in a dire position however & he was rightly dismissed.
Yes in the **** but your original post questioned why he had left with gratitude and good wishes. Cos he pulled off the unthinkable in May. You can never take that away or the bond that created between him and the fans. He had to go but don't underestimate the job he did last season
it's a big ask but all we need is two or three wins and the situation will be much better given the fact that Yeovil are our next home game, the teams down the bottom with us aren't there because they're playing really well, they're down there with us because they don't have the resources to throw at staying in the league or they're just awful, which one we are i'm not sure but until it's mathematically impossible for us to stay up let's try and keep the faith.
