    He knows the board have to back him.
    He knows they have to give him funds for O'Grady.
    He knows there's x million in the bank from the work he and Hill have done these two years.
    He knows this team will get better and no one else could probably get the same from the squad.
    He knows that Mellon and Scott have to stay.

    It's up to Don and Cryne now to give him all that. If they don't then there will be hell on. And rightly so.

    When's season tickets announced?
