Just seen a Van floating in a lake

... that used to be Mill road, Ecclesfield (titanic)

Absolute chaos on roads near me - have given up trying to get to work.

Found some silly **** in a Rover stuck in middle of a very deep flooded road. Hope he'd got some sarnies and a flask.

My Neighbour has been upto Aldham, and she says she has had to come back, because of the great puddles

I imagine its just under that bridge.

    That might've been me!

Just aborted my trip to Sheffield due to massive traffic problems. Chocker at Hoyland, the M1, Tankersley and then, trying to go through Elsecar to get on the Brampton road to Meadowhell (after turning back to flooding and going through the Lundhill estate) at Greasbrough...

One and a half hours driving about in the rain for no apparent purpose - have that environmentalists!!!

    Problem already solved, mate...

I gave the car to some hippy I saw by the side of the road in exchange for some magic beans, a dream-catcher and an inflatable dingy with an outboard motor that runs purely on recycled vegetable peelings...

However, I think the hippy sold my car, got a shave, a haircut and a decent suit, opened a dealer-franchise (car, not drugs) and now sponsors Christian-bordering-on-cultist schools around the country...

And I'm screwed when it stops raining 'cos a carrot-top powered dingy ain't gonna get me to work...

    F**king hippies...
