    It's true

I was swimming against the current. Bit chilly though but it warmed up as I did the backstroke past the Dil Raj. trouble is doing backstroke it is difficult to see where you are going, and I banged my head on the sign outside the post office. After that I just sort of drifted a while. Still got home OK thanks for your concern.

Glad I use buses for the most part. Seen some reight bad water at Shelley and Fenay Bridge. Brother in law had to pick up my nephew from special school in New Mill, due to it being shut early. There's flooding all of two minutes from me. I'm lucky I live at the top of a slope and so never even look likely to be flooded.
