FM08 Help Please

Everytime I Get To July 7th 2008, It Keeps Going Off And Coming Up With This Message</p>

A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error file has been generated in: /C:/Documents and Settings/MyDocuments/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/crash dumps</p>

And I Have To Reload And Start From Where I Last Saved</p>

Anyone Help Me Please?</p>

Also, have you looked at the dump file?

You may be able to tell from that - it might give you some idea

Nothing Inside It

 

have you put the new patch on its a beta one at min but should stop the game crashing?

 

also i still aint recieved my FM08 yet got it from dvd.co.uk and says its been posted but not arrived cant wait much longer!

I haven't got 2008 yet (currently downloading), but on 2007 there was a 'Check for updates' option on the opening screen.

I was just downloading it from a torrent, and when it had finished it needed a password but you had to ring up and pay.

Got a new torrent file now from somebody who has downloaded it, and says it works.
