    What does it update?

    I got FM 08 for Christmas, but I've been told to wait (by my friends) until some patch comes out before I should play it. :D

    it means that when you start a season you start with all the players signed in january too a bit of a cheat really

    Just January transfers, didn't work for me though. And no it's not official.

    Rather wait for the official one, then it won't have loads missing from it.

    theres already a FM2008 patch out? been out since november? and it fixes all the origional bugs

    They will be releasing another though with the January transfers included. Not many problems with the game now tbh, but there will be the odd bug that will be fixed with the new patch.
