FM09 for the avoidance of doubt please

Do you need to be connected to internet to install this game? Reason i ask is i couldn't install it properly on my laptop without a net connection, but when i popped the disk in my dads pc when i was back home for match, it gave me a different option in the install process that i've not seen before (think i've just answered my own question)

Also if i loaded it onto my dads pc to just check it out, would i still be able to install on my laptop later tonight when i get home with authentication code?

Just worried with it being net registered it might recognise its been installed on another machine

And then it just does nowt

For me its not an issue with codes and 1's and 0's but getting the thing installed

 

I know you are allowed 5 licenses, but if I were you I would uninstall the one on your dads PC because if you do that while he's connected to the net, you will get that license back. But yes, you definitely need to be connected to the internet - otherwise, liek offspring said above, you can do it over the phone.

 

Cheers, what i don't get is if i install on laptop

without a connection, so assuming i don't have one, and i'm gonna phone i don't actually get to an option that asks me for my authentication code, it just comes up with that message i typed above and nothing happens

To me this seems totally different to problem everyone else is having, any ideas???
