For some stupid reason FM09 is refusing to come on and everytime I try to get it to work it crashes the computer. I've had it on a couple of times and it was fine but now it's fecked up. Anyone got a clue what to do?
iv got it for the mac, and it installed fine but when i load it up just comes up as a black screen then a white screen, and i don't know why as my computer is up to the system requirements
For all IT faults at work we have to fill out job cards, detailing the action taken to rectify the problem. We put: Switched off ... switched on again ..... fault still apparent. Switched off ... switched on again ..... fault still apparent. Switched off ... switched on again ..... fault still apparent. one completed job cards complete with 47 continuation sheets later ..... Switched off ... switched on again ..... fault still apparent switched off ... switched on again ......... pc boots up... fault fixed. could always try that ..... seems to work eventually
