From today's Racing Post: "Daniel Stendel left the post match duties to others as the German still struggles to get a grasp of the English language but his Barnsley side let the football do the talking in a 4-0 romp over Oxford. Stendel was known for playing attacking football at his previous club, Hannover, and his Barnsley boys smashed 12 shots on target against opponents who were outclassed. The most impressive part of Barnsley's four goals was the fact that star strikers Tom Bradshaw and Kieffer Moore both failed to notch, highlighting the firepower the Tykes have." Apart from the performance of the team what most impressed me on Saturday was the enthusiasm of our support. A bigger crowd that I had expected and from the start they were right behind the team. Having read this Board over the last few weeks with moans about shirts and lack of signings etc. etc. I hadn't expected that and I was really cheered by the fans' performance on Saturday. Onwards and upwards.
Yes but you make the mistake of thinking this Forum represents the voice/opinion of the majority of fans that attend games at Oakwell, obviously it doesn't.
