    Davey biggest problem for me is that he tries to over complicate things.

    I have seen us a number of times this season and pretty much every game the previous two seasons but I could not really tell you what style of football his team(s) play.

    He comes across well at times and I am sure he is a lovely bloke but he is not the man to take us forward.

    We need to get rid of him tonight at the latest if we are to stand any chance of survival. We're in a rut and something needs to give, otherwise its curtains.

    Learning to manage people via exams and badges isn't a guarantee of quality. Davey will never have that ability, it was clear from very early on.
