Sorry if Windass http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/b/barnsley/8091142.stm Barnsley striker Michael Coulson has signed a one-year contract extension which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2010. The 21-year-old, who joined from Scarborough in 2006, has scored two goals in 25 appearances during his time at Oakwell. But Coulson has struggled with fitness during his time with the Reds, suffering two cruciate knee injuries. He is expected to return to first-team action in August 2009.
Someone must see something in him fecked if I know what it is apart from fragility. I think BFC have treated him remarkably well.
RE: Someone must see something in him No worse than some of the ***** thats masqueraded as Barnsley strikers recently.
Get him out on loan for a month to get some games.... Then lets see what he can bring to the Side... Hope he's as good as what the back room staff must think he is!!!
RE: Someone must see something in him The only time I've ever seen anything good in him was against Blackpool in the FA Cup. Came on and changed the game, and scored.
RE: Someone must see something in him He has only signed him for a season. He will not be on fantastic money. He is only just 21 years old. Let's hope he can get fit and show what he can do. Give him a chance before "we" start slaughtering him!
RE: 2 goals in 25 games. Good point. Bet his goals per minute is as good as anyone. Except Bogdanovic. . . .
