Footballing Lesson My Arse

We had two of our best players not playing (Gerrard and Rooney) and another on the bench in Lampard. We were away from home against the best side in the world, who happen to be the European champions and I believe the scoreline flattered them. We had chances to score ourselves and no way did we deserve to lose by two goals.

I'm sorry Dreamy but your wrong! We were outplayed end of, we had players missing, so did Spain. Some of Spain's football was a joy to watch, the little flicks, one twos and exqusite through balls, we just seemed to pass it across the back four and then lump it forward.

 

best players or best team?
NB spain had players missing too.

 

Play them at Wembley with Lampard, Rooney and Gerrard all starting. Also have them missing three like for like star players and lets see what the score is next time

 

they'll still match England.

 

I don't think Gerrard and Lampard can play in the midlfield together, so if we did play them at Wembley they would still win!!

 

Well DB if you cant accept that we were played off the park
