    Yes at full international level.

    Wallcott NO, He was my first guess too after just seconds of thinking. Maybe because Arsenal haven't actually paid over 7million for him yet?I dunno. I know 12million will be the total fee but all this wont be fully paid to Southampton until Wallcott's 17. It caused agreements at work this morning this.

    The Question just states "never played for england"

    So maybe its not just at International level. Sorry!
