For any geeks out there - Test Match Special quite amazing ...

.... the lines are down from Dubai and the programme is being transmitted via an ipad and skype - the quality is fantastic. I'd be worried if I was a BBC techy though ... who knows what repercussions this may have on the "manual off-side flag machine" too - couldn't resist the last bit. Well played though to the TMS team for an almost seamless broadcast and top marks for Boycs who seems to have got over his initial suspicion and is now right in the flow - just needs the openers to start to perform!
