    How is team spirit at the moment- we've had a high profile departure (McIndoe) and results haven't been going our way for a while. I think our fighting team spirit was key to some early season victories, especially away from home,and one of your main challenges will be to make sure that returns and remains until the last day of the season.</p>

    How much freedom will he give the players on the pitch.

    i.e. will they play to a rigid system or can they play how they feel is right for any particular game.

    Did the players acknowledge how 'let down' the fans were after the Sheff Wed match when we didn't compete in our main local Derby! No comments have been provided with regards this match from either GS, Davey or the players.
