For anyone who is interested

the "giving" tree will be at ASDA on Saturday.

Anyone who would like to go along and take a tag from the tree and buy a present for a child in Barnsley (who won't be getting presents from anyone else) can do so.

I will be going as I've saved up some money.

I'm spending my money on:

my Family, my friends, some presents for children in care and looking at buying another goat for another family in Kenya just like I did last year.

I don't need loads of presents especially when other people don't get any.

if everyone else around you has something to open and you are the only one who hasn't wouldn't you feel more left out than ever?

You could always say it is a gift/present rather than a Christmas present.

I have a friend who is a Jehovahs witness

so I do know what you mean. However I still think that children in care deserve something. They haven't got the love and attention they should have from a good family so I think a small token gift would really be appreciated by them.
