... starts tonight 9.pm BBC 1 the second programme 10.PM BBC 4. I can watch both so i don't miss next week's by going to the match.
If you're not interested sorry for taking up your time

Just been discussing it at work. We couldn't remember how the last series finished. Anybody remember?
yes he'd just stopped his dad killing annie, which is something he had witnessed at the age of 4. He then gave a gun to his dad who tried to shoot him, but sam had taken the bullets out. Just hope they don't '**** it up' with this series.
may sound sad but I bought it on DVD. It's the only time I have bought a TV programme. i have watched it only twice (honest !!!) but after all the so called reality programmes and crappy soaps it's just good to have a british drama programme that's worth watching.
Agreed - he needs to 'get back' at the end of this series. There's an 80's spin off coming though, with Gene wotsit as the central character.
Might have been but missed the 1st series....and also missed the repeats just recently on BBC4. "Never Did Me Any HArm" on channel 4 at same time might be worth watching
4 familes live as the parents did when they were kids, so no computer games for the kids, no satellite telly etc. Sounds ok - although the review on Radio 5 yesterday did come up with a flaw I thought - they have the same amount of money to spend on food with no allowance for inflation, which seems rather unfair.
it is 'bad lads army/ that'll teach em' revisited with a slightly different angle. I know I've an idea, how about a series titled 'Called to account' where a group of young accountants are placed in a firm from the 1960's no computers no calcs no accounting software. Just analysis books a Gestetner machine for copying, manual ledgers, ink pens and a razor blade to scratch out errors, manual type writers, no air con or proper heating.... and finally make them add up using their brains in £:s: d..... I think I'm on to a winner here... they'll commission this cause they'll commission owt as long as it's cheap !!
The long winter nights fly past in my house..... ho hum....
Dave

bugger me !!! ... so my chance of earning untold wealth, buying BFC and turning us into European Champions is at an end.... god the world can be a cruel place !!!!
Rather not thanks I think they did something very similar with ad execs, so called 'creatives', like they are the only ones who can be creative, I bet you are with the figures eh Dave! They had to work in a 70's office and come up with an ad campaign for a klacker or something typically 70's'ish. As you can imagine, it won several BAFTAs.
