For MossMan or any one else who knows about book writting

    Well I finally have a proof copy on my desk. And what a nice feeling that is.
    But still have the indexing to sort.

    Any recommendations? is it best to do it yourself or pay an expert?

    Well, that's a good question

    Nobody seems to like doing it, but those I know who do it themselves seem more satisfied than those who pay somebody else to do it.</p>

    I was lucky in the sense that my publisher just did it all without asking, but if I had done it myself, i think I would have included more in the index than what they have.....next time I am going to request to do it myself.</p>
