    It has to be Flicker

yes i have changed my tune. we cant afford the time of any unrest a new manager may bring.

    different formation
    best players /best positons
    work rate

If flikcker can do what he has dine in 3 weeks, having already known the players. can we afford to wait another 3 weeks or more for a new mange to get it right

    I agree

It's fallacy to say Flitcroft is a Hill clone. He's probably been itching to try out his own ideas. Two wins on the bounce. Performing well with what I gather is a more direct and purposeful manner. To recruit from outside would smack of clutching at straws. I have no idea how much influence Mellon has had or whether he'd be up for an assistant role but the solutions seems to be under the club's noses.

Anyway, we keep being told that the performances are okay, so we just (haha) need a striker to convert the possession into goals and a defender or two to stop the sucker punches. Then we'll be a different prospect. Which is only what most people on here have been saying for yonks.

Flicker and Mellon for me, I don't care which way round either, they just deserve their chance.

I didn't want Flicker but after witnessing the change in style yesterday ill back him if he gets it. Just need to cut out the stupidly wasteful short corners and 'quick' free kicks that so often waste posession in dangerous areas.
