Apart from the fact that sods law dictates that the match will be moved because of FA Cup fixtures, has anyone else had a request to pay extra duty to your airline. I have had an email from Flybe who are after another £20 from me -I think its a bloody cheek asI booked my flights months ago. Has anyone else had this?
Its to be expected and there's nowt you can do about it mate
The recent increase in duty applying to air travel affects all flights, even those booked a year ago. If you fly after the increase takes affect, you have to stump up.
Carbon neutral my arse. Daylight robbery more like.

There will be terms and onditions with the tickets stating that any tax increases will be passed on to the customer.

I put off booking mine til I know if it's definitely going ahead on the 17th The taxes are a joke as it is, nevermind putting them up even higher. For Luton on Saturday it cost me £70 altogether, £20 for the flights, £50 tax! Robbing barstools.
Don't pay the extra £20 until you know you're going. Otherwise cancel the booking. I'm not paying it yet just in case either team gets through to the 5th round
