    Could mean nothing mate. Daveys now experienced isnt he? Id sooner have someone thats expereinced some success as a championship manager.

    Twenty. Yes, that's very short. I shortlist is supposed to be the list you end up with after discarding candidates you're not interested in. So what list did they start with? Every manager in the league?
