Eli Papouchado, Israeli businessman interested in buying West Ham was quoted as saying this morning - "I know nothing about football. I don't even know how many players there are in each team. But I do understand that in every business transaction there is a real estate opportunity." If I was a West Ham fan, I would be very worried.
Constantly bombarded by agents, middle men and the like trying to sell me stuff in East London, claiming the Olympics is going to rocket prices. no doubt those showing an interest in West Ham are looking to bag something of worth ready for 2012. Weymouth, for anyone with spare cash, btw.
RE: Constantly bombarded or Huddersfield apparantly. Keeeeeerrrr-ching Stratford/Forest Gate/Leyton is probably the worst area in London
