For those who don't read WSC(when Saturday Comes) a little quiz for yer

Every year in August the magazine has a pre-season preview where one fan of all 92 league clubs and some Scottish clubs are asked half a dozen questions about the new season and season just gone,typically

"How will you do?" "Which teams did you like and dislike last season?" "Best Moment?" "Worst moment?" etc etc

Now then it seems we ruffled a few feathers last season(apart from MK Dons and Blades we are up there outside of premiership) in the dislike column,so which 3 teams said the following? Easy

1)"Barnsley are never popular here but a thuggish approach and the fact they put us out of play-offs cemented their position as hate figures"

2)"Disliked Barnsley,poncing about believing themselves to be big boys.Like the kid at school who always had new boots and proper socks or brand name shinpads" LOL

3)"Disliked Barnsley,whose final day performance gave us a preview of the poor sportsmanship and outright cheating that world football is apparently all about now" Ooooh

2 out of 3,you can probably guess which one is wrong LOL

I feel that the Walsall comment does not reflect the superb attitude displayed by the Walsall fans on the day, who, despite their relegation, were excellent hosts, shaking hands and offering congratulations.

Ok so we took the ball to the corner flag in the last 5 minutes, but it wasn't a dirty game and we certainly didn't cheat!

 

Hudderfield - "thuggish approach"?

Now that is a huge helping of sour grapes, I have watched the highlights from the two games several times and Huddersfield certainly gave as good as they got in the "thuggish" department.
