for tomorra's tea, cooked in slow cooker, recipe here

    1 cow heel

    1/2lb ox tail

    1/2lb chuck steak

    2 carrots (sliced)

    2 med onions (or one large) sliced

    bouquet garne (or summat)

    1/2 pint beef stock + 1/4 pint red wine

    salt and pepper to taste


    bring to the boil for 20 mins, then place on slow cooker for 5/6 hours

    if we loose will be plenty of blood at our house, that is if you know how to make black pudding :) :)
