    Well I'm on

    11.18 from Sheffield, change at Derby. Gets in about half twelve Nottm. Can't help you from Hudds though.

    Can't wait!

    An early enough train from Huddersfield (for Hudds Tyke) will get to Sheffield in time to get on it. Fare is £18.60 return (from Barnsley), change at Sheffield and Derby.

    Train Spotter? Me?

    Travel a lot by train from Dodworth to Man Airport via train, so know the Huddersfield line fairly well. Never been to Nottingham by train though. Was booking tickets last night hence the connections etc still in my mind.

    Anyway you will recognise me easily enough - I'll be the one in the Iain Hume T-Shirt drinking mineral water.

    Im on the 10:15 from Leeds, change over at Grantham then arrive at Nottingham at 12:30. Will be getting the 8:50 train from Normanton to get into Leeds first mind you.

    Cant wait !!!

    thank for all the help boys, can't find the direct train so have opted for the hudds-leeds- sheff-derby-notts option setting off at 08.45 arriving notts 12.06 £20.30 return
