Santos surged into a two-goal lead eight minutes before the break - Arinelson slamming the ball home after slick approach play from Caico. Barnsley's new pounds 650,000 buy Eric Tinkler impressed but the near 12,000 Oakwell crowd saw Santos wrap it all up five minutes from time with a neat finish from caico.
