The thoughts of a former Tory Minister who most people have never heard of are more important than football? Put that to a vote and see if you win. And then find a politics site to argue about it.
Not the MP but the subject, mi dear owd mam is in desperate need of social care at moment and for the rest of her short time she has left, you had better believe it more important than fking football.

The OP was trying to make a political point about Tory insensitivity. That was his comment. And if (sadly) your owd mam has limited time left, you need not worry cos the social care system will not be changing anytime soon.
I do know who Damien Green is. I know he got a hard time for "fleetingly" touching a woman's knee. So there. I know enough about him to know that he is not important these days when it comes to having any influence on Tory policy.
The you tit must be a member of the tit family with which I'm not familiar. I think we might end up with all party talks about how to progress social care. It's not an easy one to solve though.
Green was mired in scandal for years. Expenses fiddles, groping and w$ at work to porn on his ministerial computer. He claimed police fit-up before being eased from office but whatever the truth I will not be focussing on his social care musings whilst celebrating the unexpected thumping of our most troublesome bogey team of recent years. You reds.
