lets not hide behind the ref, for most of the game Bristol City out played us. Maynard made Foster look a fool, hope Robins has enough courage to drop him, Moore and Shotton in centre for me when Hassell is fit.

Hume is a million miles away from where he needs to be. How many more games are going to pass him by before we admit he's not the player we bought. Hope he improves, terrible today.

De Silva. On the bench. Three times now. Hmmmmm.........

Yeah it's a shame with Hume. Can't fault his commitment but he should be scoring more. Should have scored the rebound today when Iceman hit the bar.

What about trying foster at right back and shotton at cb. Hume is tried and his getting very little protection from any ref. De silva has been injured and that maybe the reason why.

Hume has run himself into the ground

he needs to be rested. It also doesn't help that we resorted to 'lump ball'</p>

Maynard is a very good player and although Foster wasn't at his best I think you may be a bit harsh. If you want why not swap Foster and shotton's positions ?</p>

Foster HAS been brilliant for us

last season. But so far this season he's not a patch and costing us goals. The first couldve been avoided, but he knows he's out of form so he's hestitating hence 3 goals today. Shotton looks like he reads the game well, good in the air and physical enough for a centre half. With pace to burn. Hassell is a decent left back, much better than Foster going forward as well. Drop Foster for me, simple as.

No, but Hassell at left back? Remember him playing left back against Ipswich last January and he was well out of his depth, decent right back but wouldn't want to play him left back?

Agree about Foster, been poor for most of this season. If we bring another CB in he will be the one to be dropped, Moore's a better defender. Hume needs a rest, I didn't expect him to start today. He puts in a lot of work and he's come in from a very long lay off, maybe he needs to be eased in and out for a while. But he still has that bit of quality about his touch/strike etc, he will come good. Anderson needs to be in the side, nothing else can be said on that one.

Foster made a mistake today, as did Moore, as did Shotton. I agree he started the season poorly but since the QPR game the back four has settled nicely and he's been playing well alongside Moore.

I think the fault lies infront of the back four now.

ive not been today mate but i think that's very harsh in respect of Hume

each and every time I have seen him play this season he has looked as good, if not better than last season. His dead ball delivery and work rate are top class. Not a bad finisher also.

That is unbeliveably harsh on Hume. He has been brilliant this season. In fact - ive even thought at times that hes looked better than before he got injured. He was off it today but to write him off is madness in my opinion.

Any forward would have struggled today specially in the first half, his problem is he tends to go looking for the ball when the service is so poor, while you can understand him doing this when he comes deep and we break forward hes left in no mans land, we only have one striker who then struggles to hold the ball up cos his partners gone awol, leaving the oppo to break on us out numbering our back four because hammill and halfredson have pushed on, on top of this today we had JCR doing his usual trick of wandering all over the park trying to find a position that suited him and as usual failing miserably, time for him to go, Humeys playing with his heart at the moment and not with his head, having said that hes not going to get us 20 goals a season, not that type of player, misses to many of the scrappy tap in type of chances for me, but scores great goals.

yeah i agree it wasn't a sitter but could you imagine the reaction had it been big kayode, Humey is a scorer of great goals but not a great goal scorer, if we could get the same work rate from boggie, then i believe hes your twenty a season man.

glad it made thi laugh anderson but i cant think why, boggie scores when he plays down the middle but sometimes he does'nt put the work in, just about every goal humey has scored for us has been a cracker but he dunt pick up the scraps in the box, like the name tho Anderson 15, now hes class.

Can't agree,Ist Goal looked like Moores fault

I was a long way off but the ist goal looked like Moores fault in misjudging the header, thought Foster
made a couple of superb tackles, and Maynard also gave Shotton a tough time, particularly in the first half'
