I think there's enough posts about Davey so I won't start another.

One thing I do want to comment on though is Foster's captaincy. What does he do that a regular player doesn't? Serious question. He's been a shadow of his former self this season, but the man is nowhere near vocal enough to lead the team. Darren Moore has more of the qualities of what a captain should have.

Also I don't know if it's what he's been instructed to do, but why the hell does he revert to hoofing the ball upfield, aimlessly, every time he gets it?

I don't want this to sound like he's potentially the next boo-boy, because we all know how good he can be, and how poor the rest of the team have been. It's purely an observation, when we all should expect more.

being made to look bad by having to cover for the three clowns playing at the back with him.

not vocal enough for a captain but who else do you pick (not moore as he shouldn't be playing anyway)

I agree that Moore shouldn't be playing, but if he is playing then he'd have to be captain IMO. Some other centre half is needed eh! Hopefully a leader too that has pace.

How do you work that one out then? Does not make any sense to me.

my player of the year last time out, we were much better when he played then when he didn't, end of.

But agreed, looks very out of sorts. He'll be back though.

He's *****, and shouldn't be in the team at all.

    FACT.

All he does it head a ball, he must be the only footballer who cannot kick a FOOTBALL.

It was horrid to watch him especially in the 2nd half, he nearly allowed Hunt to get his hat-trick and nearly got Steele injured in the same process.

I meant that when Davey has been playing him he should have been captain. If it was upto me though he shouldn't be in at all. Does that make more sense?

I think that people are being harsh on Darren Moore. Seems to me that he has played with injuries most of the season (SD to blame for selecting moore when not fit) and whilst I cannot comment on todays performance as I was not there perhaps this has finally caught up with him.

'Gi oer'. Foster is young, good looking and white. Only older players, slow and black should be criticised.

Foster has been pinching a living this season and gets bailed out by Moore too many times for comfort.
