4 or 5 year deals for most yes. makes me wonder if the owners did this on purpose knowing full well if we get relegated (and get promoted again at the first time of asking) they still have a couple of years on their contracts and would therefore command a decent transfer fee after a promotion season etc...
Are you sure about the promoted at the first time of asking bit? That set of players minus Woodrow and Mowatt with a smattering of Austrian teens won't rip up L1 that's for sure.
