    I was really confused by this signing yesterday

    But the lad was only 19 when he joined us last year, with a lack of first team action under his belt.

    He's a year older now, will be stronger, fitter and wiser, and has loan spells at Barnsley, Charlton and Gillingham under his belt.

    He'll be costing us next to nothing, and at least gives us the ability to chop and change between now and the end of the season.

    It might not be a bad move. Dont base it on his previous spell here. How many here would have Jon Walters now, even after his terrible loan spell when he was a teenager.
