If you receive a card through the post from a company called PDS [parcel delivery service] suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel. DO NOT CALL the telephone number on the card.Because as soon as you do you will be charged an exorbitant call charge. if you receive a card report it to royal mail its a scam.
