Wife swap First series (and maybe second), an interesting social experiment to see how people coped with slight changes, how perhaps their partners were more used to their ways etc. After that they just went for complete sensationalism, seeking complete opposites, which just gives lots of arguments but no great insight!
Because he's interesting to watch and quite funny An Audience With Freddie Starr was a good show back in the day. I think he's one of the few people to do more than one.
