Having watched the Runts yesterday and against Wednesday and us twice last season i have noticed there like lightening at taking free kicks corners and throw ins . and i think its down to the direct football they play knowing that 9 times out of 10 a defender will always knock it away they try to get it up before the defence a set up . so i think if we get someone to stand bang in front of the ball as soon as the ball is put down by there player to give our lads time to get in place and also play with 1 ball and not multi ball and get ball boys to take there time this will frustrate them into mardy tantrums and petchelant out bursts and we could really do them some damage because there ***** when things arnt going there way.
No need to worry about our ball boys taking their time Often they don't appear to notice the ball going out of play and just sit there. Take your point about free kicks though.
I always want a barnsley player to stop the keeper kicking it and it gets me mad from corners because it would allow moore foster shotton 5 or 6 seconds longer.
Yeah I noticed at bumhole lane last season their ballboys were on the ball, no pun intended, getting the ball back in play with a multiball system. Soon as united took the lead the balls disapeared and we were playing with one ball and the ball boys seem to just sit their! We should do the same when we go three nil up!!
