    Or the Car Rempli des Singes (cart-load of monkeys) as they are known locally, how many times to English fans have to learn this lesson? They are not like english Police, they are a barracked force used to dealing with Civil unrest(a national pastime in France), they are not like a local police force with a rapport to build with locals or an interest in de-escalation, they live together, train together, and kick ass together - they cannot wait for trouble. They love tear gas and hitting people with sticks.
