    Turned us down according to French journos. So in the space of a week we have brought 2 lads over supposed to have already agreed terms passed medicals then decide to call it off.

    I think it’s over wages- they hear £15bn new owners etc and expect the world, when it seems to just be business as usual for the club.

    Why would they hold the talks on January 31st, when they've supposedly been talking to him for weeks? Why have they let Angus officially leave without a replacement officially signed? Why are all the rumours about more players leaving? This is an absolute shambles.

    To be honest we’re still shopping in the bargain basement, the only difference is these lads don’t seem to want to join us any more.

    Is what it is. Let’s just get behind whoever’s left come 11pm tonight - they and Hecky deserve our support and will need it.

    Hopefully we can get one or two in still. Matt Mills sounds like it’s on the cards.
