Viola Beach were due to play Opium 10 next month. Tragically, the four band members and their manager died in a car accident last week.
The gig will still go ahead as planned with the original support acts and now Heavy Suns as headliner. The gig will now also be and fundraiser for the band and manager's families.
    Get along if you can.

Heavy Suns (used to be yellow elevators / the Harringtons)
    Black Shoes
    Del Scott Miller

£3 in. Plus club night after!

    Hi Ian,
that sounds good, but there is another gig on in Barnsley that night at the Rock and Blues venue, Ferocious Dog, featuring guitarist Les Carter, from Carter USM. What a dilemma

Read about the accident involving Viola Beach last week. What a ******* nightmare that is.

I ll be torn too, flying out to Miami today for Monsters of Rock cruise. Featuring guitarist Steve Vai and Nuno Bettancourt .
Shocking about the kids in the band though must be a terrible time for their families .
