...in the Rusty Comb gardens; when someone drops a bottle of Squeezy in the new fountain.

Already some scrubbers this afternoon undressing their kids and letting them play in the fountains in their pants. Is it just the mentality of our towns afternoon dossers or what? Get a fence round it and have a culling of the benefits brigade in town.

They were all in sparrow park this evening.

Wish I could have a job that allowed me to be constantly pissed and still have a roof over my head ...

    What a crap post ..

I saw families enjoying themselves there today. How can you have the heart to stop kids from playing in those fountains as it seems safe enough. At Blackpool near the Winter Gardens there is something similar and they were plenty of kids playing there, including my 2-year old. There is also something similar at Skeggy Butlins.

Seems to me some people will do anything to undermine this town and its people, Oh, me and my wife both work by the way

I walk past the fountains here in Bradford, Centenary Square, regularly, and I have to say I think it looks a bit **** with 50 kids running about the place with tops off etc. And then there's the collection of piss heads doing similar.
However, it's about the only place here where I see people of 'different' faiths/skin tone (trying to stay PC here.. was guna say Asians and Whites) interacting with each other.
Opened my eyes living here. So divided this place, no integration.

It's intended for kids to play in it. Though I did see some scrubbers kid suppin out of it yesterday - I wonder if one of the others had already pi55ed in it by then?

The Metrodome's expensive and out of bounds for many for a variety of reasons. Oh, and it's indoors. Sounds to me you're just being a pillock.

It gonna take quite a few bottles of Fairy to get any foam going.

Just found these little facts from http://www.wearebarnsley.com/news/article/2674/town-hall-gardens-a-wab-guide

    • The water feature will have 30 nozzles - placed in three banks of ten nozzles - emitting 30 curved jets of water of varying diameter.
    • The nozzles are programmable enabling the jets to move varying the curvature, known as a 'whip' effect.
    • It will use a 50,000-litre underground tank.
    • Water will be pumped through at 30,000 litres per hour. All the water will be recycled and it will be disinfected and filtered every cycle.
