Before I get shot down for being a Wednesdayite, rest assured I am writing this article in peace and not to annoy anyone. I think there were a lot of positives to take out of the game last night for both teams, plenty of chances and end to end stuff. A goal for either side was always going to win it and it just so happened that it was us that scored. However I must admit I was very impressed by Barnsley, you have a strong defence, two wingers who are going to cause problems for any Championship club and a decent central midfield pairing. Personally I felt your problems lay upfront, the strikeforce just didnt seem up to the task. If Davey can sort out a striker then for me there is no reason why you cant push for promotion, I think all the Yorkshire clubs in the League will mount a decent challenge. Anyway, well played last night, better luck next time, and genuinely good luck for the rest of the season.
