"It's easy to stick by us when we're up,we need you even more when we're down.
To our fans who stick with us thank you.We will and are trying to come back stronger."
Top man and an obvious heartfelt post.

It’s a lot easier to stick by you when you put some effort in Cauley.

I know some idiots will have had a go at players, bang out of order. The blame is totally on the head coach, if fitness is an issue that's due to the head coach not putting enough into fitness training.
However he's not playing to this teams stengths in any way.
His lack of clarity clearly isn't helping the players. He can't communicate, his body language is appalling. Yep English isnt his 1ar language, but when the words aren't there usually body language cuts through.

Lack of effort wasn’t the problem.

I've expected more from Cauley this season because he's our best striker but it's certainly not lack of effort more a lack of tactics and direction from Schopp which is dragging all the players down.

If it wasn't for Cauley dropping back into midfield to try and make something happen we'd have had no midfield today.

I'm astonished if people went to that game and genuinely thought Cauley didn't put effort in.

Don't think you can question his effort in any way shape or form. Just absolutely not playing to his (or anyone's) strengths

Because I’ve seen Cauley Woodrow play at this level when he is putting effort in. That today was a shadow of what he’s capable of. He can start by contesting headers again.

Don't know how you judge him lacking effort.

I didn't see any evidence of that.

The issue lies at the manager's door. He needs to go.

Attacking the players is shortsighted & counterproductive.

3 games and no points versus bottom half teams says it all. We are bottom 3 for a reason.

Sauntering about in midfield isn’t good enough. He’s doing absolutely nothing to make central defenders work hard against him. I can accept him being poor, but he’s simply not closing down, chasing, challenging for balls at all at the minute. Look at the amount of 50/50s he wins and that will tell you a lot about his commitment at the minute.

It’s clear he doesn’t like Schopp, and I can’t blame him for that, but he needs to have a look at himself in the mirror because he’s miles off at the minute.

99.9% will stick with the players and are doing at the moment, it is the so called head coach that is the problem, Cauley, he doesn't know what system he is playing so what chance have the players, like I have said many times over the last couple of weeks, last season big Val was no super manager/coach but he instilled belief to the players and fans that Barnsley fc could win football matches. I am sorry but this cowboy shopping doesn't
