    whats the deal with everyone slaggin paul reid off?

    in fact every captain since redders?? ok maybe richardson and handyside deserved it but paul reid is arguably THE only player in the squad who gives 100% commitment to our club you can tell that everytime he wears the red shirt, ok granted he might not be the best player ever but just lay off

    he should not be in the team

    He is not one of the two best central defenders, therefore - he should not be in the side.
    Never questioned his commitment, only his ability.

    if his ability was as good as his commitment

    i wouldnt complain. i can guarantee though he'll get monk on if hes dropped or replaced as captain
