I can think of 21 signings Hill has made this season, though I've probably missed a couple. I reckon his success rate is about 40% - though obviously with one or two of these it's impossible to make a judgement yet as they've hardly played. I'd be interested to know what people think is a good success rate with signings, I'd go without about 50% though obviously the more money youy spend on the signings the less successes you expect to get I guess so maybe it's not a good benchmark. Interestingly I can think of 9 loan signings, there may be more, which is a significant departure from the stated strategy of moving away from "expensive" loan signings as the 9 presumably is a similar number to other recent seasons. Permanent Signings: Vaz Te Done Golbourne Wiseman Perkins Dawson Edwards McNulty Dagnall Collins Davies Cotterill Loans: Drinkwater Ranger Nouble Addison Button Higginbotham Smith Tonge Park
I think 5 of those permanenet signings have been a success, and all signed in pre-season. Rest haven't looked great but plenty of time. Disappointment has been some of the loan signings but interestingly past few games the majority have been on the bench - it's as if we've signed em to make up numbvers. One thing I will say is Lee Collins has the greatest comb over I've ever seen.
